Setting Out the Project
We understand the need to plan every aspect of the garden build, from issuing a full bill of quantities/estimate/breakdown for the proposed works, making sure every effort is made to start and finish the project on time and within budget. And always working very closely with the garden designer and clients.
Program, Scheduling
We will provide a program of works for our projects, outlining the build process and the critical dates for key deliveries of landscape materials. This is an important part of any build as clients need to and understand when materials are due on site, as always there are lots of other elements to manage, such as working along side other trades on site at the same time.
Access and Location
Having spent many years building gardens in London and surrounding home countries, we have an understanding having restricted access to a garden. With all the experience needed to complete a successful build without making a mess.
Specialist Contractors
We have over the years managed to develop a network of specialist contractor who we regularly call upon, in order to achieve that perfect landscape, or feature.
